Abstract
Bu çalışmada biyolojik sistemlerde önemli olduğu için, Cu(II), Ni(II) ve Zn(II) iyonlarının, adenozin 5’-trifosfat (ATP) ve dikarboksilik amino asitler (a.a): aspartik asit (asp), glutamik asit (glu) ile ikili ve karışık-ligand sistemleri araştırıldı. Deneysel çalışmalar I=0.1 M KCI iyonik ortamında ve 25oC sıcaklıkta potansiyometrik yöntem kullanılarak yapıldı. İkili ve karışık-ligand komplekslerinin kararlılık sabitleri, potansiyometrik titrasyonlardan elde edilen verilerin BEST bilgisayar programına uygulanması ile hesaplandı. İkili ve karışık-ligand komplekslerine ait dağılım diyagramları, SPE bilgisayar programı ile çizildi. Karışık-ligand komplekslerinde, sadece metal ile ligandlar arasında etkileşimin olduğu kabul edilerek, ∆log K değerleri hesaplandı. Cu(II), Ni(II) ve Zn(II) iyonlarının ATP, L-glutamik asit ve L-aspartik asit ile oluşturduğu ikili komplekslerin kararlılık sabitleri ve M(II):ATP:asp ve M(II):ATP:glu türündeki karışık-ligand komplekslerinin kararlılık sabitleri ile metal iyonları ve ligandlar bakımından karşılaştırıldı. Hem ikili hem de karışık-ligand kompleksleri için kararlılık sırası Cu(II)>Ni(II)>Zn(II) şeklinde bulundu.
Cu(II), Ni(II) ve Zn(II) ions play an important role in biological systems. In this study, the binary and ternary systems of Cu(II), Ni(II) and Zn(II) complexes with adenosine 5'-triphosphate (ATP) and the dicarboxylic amino acids (aa): aspartic acid (asp), glutamic acid (glu) were investigated. Experimental studies were made by potentiometric methods in aqueous solution in I = 0.10 mol.dm-3 KCl ionic medium and at 25.0°C. The stability constants of binary and ternary complexes were calculated by “BEST” software from the potentiometric data. The distribution diagrams of binary and ternary complexes were graphed by SPE computer program. ∆log K values were calculated in mixed ligand complexes which is interaction between metal and ligands, but is not interaction between ligands were accepted. In M(II):ATP:asp and M(II):ATP:glu systems, the stability constants of binary complexes of Cu(II), Ni(II) and Zn(II) were compared with the stability constants of mixed ligand complexes in terms of metal ions and ligands. It was found that the stability order of Cu(II)>Ni(II)>Zn(II) found for both binary and ternary (mixed-ligand) complexes.
