Pozitif psikoloji bağlamında Erzurumlu İbrahim Hakkı’nın Tefvîznâme’si ile manevî danışmanlık ve rehberlik

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, pozitif psikoloji ile manevi danışmanlık ve rehberlik bilim dallarının benzer ya da farklı yönlerini belirlemektir. Bu çalışmada, âlim, sûfî ve şair olan Erzurumlu İbrahim Hakkı’nın Tefvîznâme adlı şiir metni şerh edilerek hem pozitif psikoloji hem de manevi danışmanlık ve rehberlik bilim dallarına kaynaklık edilebilirliği ortaya konmuştur. Tefvîznâme adlı şiir metni bibliyoterapi tekniği için deuygun bir metindir. MDR uzmanı; danışanlarına örnek vaka incelemeleriyle Tefviznâme adlı şiir metnini bibliyoterapi tekniği ile sunabilir. Pozitif psikoloji, bireylerin içinde bulunduğu olumsuz ya da olumlu durumları bulunduğu noktadan alarak bireyleri daha iyiye doğru yol almasını sağlayan pozitif bir bilim dalıdır. Manevi danışmanlık ve rehberlik ise bireylerin içinde bulunduğu olumlu ya da olumsuz durum ve davranışlardan bireylerin daha iyiye doğru yol almasını manevî kaynaklardan sağlayan pozitif bir bilim dalıdır. Bu araştırmada, âlim, sûfî ve şair olan Erzurumlu İbrahim Hakkı’nın Tefvîznâme adlı şiir metni; hem içerdiği pozitif sözcükler/cümleler ile pozitif psikolojiye hem de içerdiği manevî sözcükler/cümleler ile manevi danışmanlık ve rehberlik bilim dallarına kaynaklık etmiştir.

The purpose of this research is to determine the similar or different aspects of positive psychology and spiritual counseling and guidance disciplines. In this study, the text of the poem Tefvîznâme of Erzurumlu İbrahim Hakkı, who is a scholar, sufi and poet, has been annotated and its potential as a source for both positive psychology and spiritual counseling and guidance disciplines has been revealed. The text of the poem Tefvîznâme is also a suitable text fort the bibliotherapy technique. MDR specialist; can present the text of the poem Tefvîznâme with bibliotherapy technique to his clients with case studies. Positive psychology is a positive science that allows individuals to move towards the better by taking the negative or positive situations they are in from the point where they are. Spiritual counseling and guidance, on the other hand, is a positive science that enables individuals to move towards the better from the positive or negative situations and behaviors they are in. In this research, the poem text of Erzurumlu İbrahim Hakkı, who is a scholar, sufi and poet, named Tefvîznâme; It has been a source both for positive psychology with the positive words/sentences it contains and for spiritual counseling and guidance disciplines with the spiritual words/phrases it contains.
