dc.description.abstractGebeliğe bağlı hipertansiyon (GBH) olgularında, tiroid fonksiyonları ve antitiroid antikorları 22 olguda araştırılmış ve obstetrik özellikleri benzer 16 gebeden oluşan kontrol grubu ile karşılaştırılmıştır. GBH grubundaki gebelerin % 22.8 inde serbest triiodotironin (ST 3) ve total triiodotironin (TT 3) normal sınırların altında bulunmuştur. Ortalama serbest tiroksin (ST 4), TT 3 ve ST3 değerleri kontrol grubuna göre anlamlı olarak düşük bulunmuştur. Olguların hepsinde antitiroid antikorları negatif olarak saptanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın sonucunda, GBH olgularında ST3, TT3 ve ST 4 düşük, antitiroid antikorlar negatif olarak bulunmuştur.
dc.description.abstractThyroid function tests and antithyroid antibodies were evaluated in 22 pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) cases and the results were compared with those of 16 nurmal gestations. Free and total 3-iodothyronine (FT 3 and TT 3) was found to be low the normal limits in 22.8 % of the PIH cases. The mean free thyroxine (FT 4), FT 3 and TT 3 levels were significantly lower than those of the control group. Antithyroid antibodies were negative in PIH cases. In this study, it was found that FT3, TT3 and FT4 levels were low and antithyroid antibodies were negative in PIH cases.
