İşin anlamlılığı ile iş stresi arasındaki ilişkinin araştırılması: Bilişim sektöründe bir araştırma

Abstract

Araştırma, bilişim sektörü çalışanlarının işlerine yönelik anlamlılıklarının stres faktörü ile nasıl şekilleneceğinin incelenmesi amacı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini Bursa ilindeki bilişim sektörü çalışanları oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada, 177 bilişim personeline ulaşılmıştır. Kişilere ulaştırılan anketlerden, 177 geri dönüş alınmıştır. Araştırmanın ilk bölümünde, tez konusu kapsamındaki işin anlamlılığı ve iş stresi kavramlarının literatür taraması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Devam eden ikinci bölüm ise, kavramların ulusal ve uluslararası literatürde yer alan çalışmaların incelenmesi kısmıdır. Son bölümde ise elde edilen verilerin SPSS programı kullanılarak yapılan analizlerini içermektedir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre bilişim sektörü çalışanları açısından, işin anlamlılığı ve iş stresi arasında negatif yönlü ve anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. İş stresinin, işin anlamlılığı üzerinde etkisi olduğu görülmüştür.The study was conducted in order to examine how the meaningfulness of information sector employees towards their jobs will be shaped by the stress factor. The sample of the research is made up of information sector employees in Bursa province. In the study, 177 information technologies personnel were reached. From the surveys delivered to the people, 177 feedback was received. In the first part of the research, a literature review of the concepts of meaningfulness of work and work stress within the scope of the dissertation topic was conducted. The second part, which is ongoing, is the part of examining the concepts of the studies in the national and international literature. In the last section, the analysis of the obtained data using the SPSS program is included. According to the results of the analysis, it was concluded that there is a negative and significant relationship between the meaningfulness of work and job stress for employees in the information technologies sector. It has been seen that work stress has an effect on the meaningfulness of work.
