Bursa (Uludağ) ve Kazdağı podarcis muralis populasyonlarının taksonomik karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Uludağ ve Kazdağı'nın muhtelif yerlerin den toplanmış olan P. muralis (LAURENTI),1768 türüne ait 107, 105 ve 12 jüvenilden ibaret toplam 224 örnek incelenmiştir. Bu örnekler iki ayrı populasyon grubuna (Uludağ ve Kazdağı) ayrılmış ve bunların morfolojik karakterleri (folidosis, vücut ölçü ve indeksleri,renk ve desen), ekolojik özellikleri, mide muhteviyatları ve alttür durumları incelenmiştir. Adı geçen populasyonların karşılaştırılması sonunda, iki populasyon arasında vücut indeksleri bakımından küçük farklılıklar bulunması ile birlikte taksonomik seviyede önemli olmadığı için her iki bölgedeki P. muralis populasyonlarının nominant ırktan (P. m. muralis) farklı olmadığı söylenebilir.

In this study, 224 samples in all belonging to p. mu ralis (Laurenti), 1768 species composed of 107 08, 105 99 and 12 juvenils, collected from the various regions of Uludağ and Kazdağı, were studied. These samples were divided into two different population groups (Uludağ and Kaz dağı) and their morphological characteristics (pholidosis, body measurements and indexes, colour and pattern), ecological characteristics, contents of their stomachs, and the state of their subspecies were examined. After the comparison of the above mentioned populations, it can be said that p. muralis populations on either region are not different from the nominant species (P. m. muralis), in spite of some small differences between the two populations from body indexes point of view but they being not important at taxonomic level.
