İnce bağırsağın fiksasyonunda mikrodalga ışınımının kullanımı

Abstract

Işık mikroskopisi için dokuların fiksasyonunda formalin veya diğer kimyasal ajanlar kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada sıçan ince bağırsağa fiksasyonu için mikrodalga ışını kullanılmış ve sonuçlar klasik fiksasyon yöntemleri ile karşılaştırılmıştır. ışık mikroskobik olarak; mikrodalga fiksasyonunun sonuçları, klasik fiksasyon sonuçlarından ayırt edilemeyecek kadar iyi bulunmuştur. Çalışmalarımıza göre; ince bağırsak fiksasyonunda mikrodalga kullanımı basit, etkili ve hızlı bir yöntem olarak görülmüş ve günlük histolojik işlemlerde uygulanabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır.Current methods of fixation enıp in or other chemical agents for light microscopy. This report describes the use of microwave irradiation for the fixation of small inıestine of rats and the results are compared with those obtained by current methods of fixation. In light microscopy, microwave fixation leads to excellent results that can not be distinguished from optimum conventional fixation. According to our studies; microwave fixation appears to be a simple, efficient and rapid method of small intestine fixation which can be applied to routine histological procedures.
