Abstract
Bu tezde yenilikçi süperkritik karbondioksit ScCO₂ akışkan ortamında lineer aromatik polyester ailesinin ftalat grubuna mensup Poli(trimetilen tereftalat) (PTT) ile Poli(bütilen tereftalat) (PBT) liflerinin boyanması üzerine çalışılmıştır. %100 PTT ve %100 PBT ile dokunmuş kumaşlar Dispers Blue 79 ve Dianix Dry Blue XF2 boyalarıyla konvansiyonel boyama ve sabit basınç (250 bar) farklı sıcaklık (65 ℃, 70 ℃, 75 ℃, 85 ℃, ve 95 ℃) koşullarında ScCO₂ ortamında boyamalar yapılmış; yöntemler renk ölçümleri, yıkama ve sürtme haslıkları kopma mukavemet değerleriyle karşılaştırılmıştır.
In this thesis, the dyeing of Poly(trimethylene terephthalate) (PTT) and Poly(butylene terephthalate) (PBT) fibers belonging to the phthalate group of the linear aromatic polyester family in an innovative supercritical carbon dioxide sc CO₂ fluid medium was studied. Fabrics woven with 100% PTT and 100% PBT conventional dyeing with Dispers Blue 79 and Dianix Dry Blue XF2 dyes and constant pressure (250 bar) at different temperature (65 ℃, 70 ℃, 75 ℃, 85 ℃, and 95 ℃) conditions sc( Dyes were made in CO₂) environment; Color measurements, washing and rubbing fastnesses were compared with breaking strength values.
