| dc.description.abstract | Kontakt allerjenlerin Behçet hastalığında tetikleyici bir ajan olabileceği düşüncesinden yola çıkarak bu olgularda yama testi sonuçlarını araştırdık. Yirmi beş hastaya Uluslararası Kontakt Dermatit Araştırma Grubunun (ICDRG) standart alerjen serisi ile yama testi uygulandı. On dört hastada 1 veya daha fazla maddeye karşı alerjik reaksiyon saptandı. Bu sayının kontrol grubuna göre fazla olma kontakt duyarlılığın Behçet hastalarında artmış olduğunu düşündürmektedir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | We have studied patch tests in patients with Behçet's disease taking the role of contact allergens as triggering agents into consideration. Patch tests have been applied to 25 patients by International Contact Dermatitis Research Group's (ICDRG) standard allergen series. One or more allergens have reacted in 14 patients. When compared to the control group, it has been concluded that contact sensitivity has increased in patients with Behçet's disease. | |
