Bursa İnebey Yazma Eser Kütüphanesi’ndeki fıkıh ile ilgili risâleler üzerine bir araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Bursa İnebey Yazma Eser Kütüphanesi’nde bulunan fıkıh ilmi ile ilgili yazma risâlelerin tespiti, konulara göre tasnifi ve önem arz eden bazı risâlelerin tahlili yapılarak gün yüzüne çıkarılmasını amaçlamaktadır. Kütüphanede bulunan fıkıh ile ilgili eserlerin yeteri kadar bilinmemesi ve gerektiği kadar istifade edilmemesi bu çalışmada ana sâik olmuştur. Çalışmamız giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, Kütüphane’de bulunan yazma fıkıh risâleleri, müellifi belli olan ve olmayanlar şeklinde ele alınmıştır. Müellifi belli olanlardan vefat tarihleri bilinenler kronolojik bir sıra gözetmek kaydıyla incelenmiştir. Risâleler bu bölümde teknik ve muhteva bakımından tanıtılmıştır. Matbûları bulunanlar tespit edilmiş, matbûları bulunmayanların ise başka kütüphanelerdeki farklı nüshaları kaydedilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, tespit edilen risâleler fıkıh disiplini alt konularına göre tasnif edilmiştir. Sayısal bulgular tablo haline getirilmiştir. Bazı açılardan analiz ve değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ise önemli birtakım özellikler çerçevesinde beş risâle ayrıntılı olarak tanıtılmıştır.

This study is about the manuscript epistles related to fiqh discipline in Bursa Inebey Manuscript Library. The fact that the literature about the fiqh in the library is not known enough and that it is not utilized as much as it is known, has been loyal to this issue. Our study contains introduction and three sections. In the first section, manuscripts categorized according to the criterion that whether their author is known or not. The ones that their author is known have analysed in chronological order. Technical specialties and contents of manuscripts have examined in this section. Those who had print versions were identified, and those who did not, have recorded with their copies in other libraries. In the second section, the manuscripts are classified according to the subtopics of fiqh discipline. Numerical findings were tabulated. Analyzes and evaluations were made from various angles. In the third section, the five manuscripts are introduced with their some important specialties.
