Abstract
Bu çalışmada Tarfaş Tarımsal Faaliyetler AŞ'den alınan büyükbaş hayvan dışkısı ve Sütaş Süt Ürünleri AŞ'den alınan atıksu arıtma çamurlarının birlikte anaerobik olarak arıtılabilmesi için gerekli optimum hidrolik bekleme süresi ile mezofilik ve termofilik koşullardaki arıtma verimleri araştırılmıştır. Arıtma çamuru ile hayvan dışkısı 1/5 oranında karıştırılarak denemeler yapılmıştır.Çürütücünün devreye alınabilmesi için gerekli olan aşı çamuru Sütaş A.Ş `ye ait atıksu arıtma tesisinin anaerobik kısmından elde edilmiştir. Hayvan dışkısı ve arıtma çamurunun çürütülmesinde optimum hidrolik bekleme süresi 26 gün olarak bulunmuştur. Mezofilik ve termofilik koşullarda aynı şartlar altında gerçekleştirilen denemelerde termofilik reaktörde gaz veriminin % 4, organik katı madde gideriminin de %2,26 daha yüksek olduğu bulunmuştur. Termofilik reaktörde pH'ın düşme eğiliminde olduğu buna rağmen denemeler boyunca metanojenik aktiviteyi engelleyecek seviyelere düşmediği gözlemlenmiştir.
In this study, hydraulic retention time optimisation, mezofilic and termofilic conditions for anaerobic treatment of cattle manure with wastewater treatment sludge were investigated. Cattle manure was taken from Tarfaş and wastewater treatment sludge was taken from Sütaş. Cattle manure and wastewater treatment sludge were mixed at a ratio of 1/5.Reactors were inoculated with the anaerobic activated sludge taken from anaerobic part of Sütaş wastewater treatment plant. Optimum hydraulic retention time of mixed cattle manure and wastewater treatment plant sludge was found as 26 days. Biogas productivity was found 4 %more efficient and removal of organic dry matter was found 2,26 % more efficient for the termofilic conditions compared to that of mesofilic condition. In termofilic reactor pH was tended to decrease however in all experiments pH didnt decrease to a level at which metanogenic activity would be affected adversily.
