Klasik Türk şiirinde defterdarlara yazılan kasideler

Abstract

“Klasik Türk Şiirinde Defterdarlara Yazılan Kasideler” ismini taşıyan bu yüksek lisans tezi, “Giriş” ve “Sonuç” hariç beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın giriş bölümünde Klasik Türk şiirinde kaside, birinci bölümde Klasik Türk şiirinde şair-hami ilişkisi, Osmanlı Devleti’nde defterdarlık kurumu başlığı altında defterdarların görev ve yetkileri, tarihî seyir içerisinde defterdarlık kurumunun gelişimi anlatıldı. İkinci bölümde Klasik Türk şiirinde defterdarlara kaside yazan şairler, yüzyıllara göre tespit edilerek sıralandı ve şairlerin hangi defterdarlara kaç tane kaside sunduğu bilgisi verildi. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde yüzyıllara göre kaside yazılan defterdarlar sıralanarak haklarında bilgi verildi. Dördüncü bölümde kaside yazılan defterdarların özellikleri, şiirlerden alınan örneklerle incelenerek belirtildi. Beşinci bölümde defterdarlara sunulan kasideler, tür ve şekil açısından incelendi. Bu bölümde kasidelerin kafiye, redif, vezin ve türleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda tespit edilen divanlar belirtilmiştir. Bana tez fikrini öneren araştırma ve çalışma sırasında şahsıma yardım ederek bu süreçte yol gösteren değerli danışman hocam Prof. Dr. Özlem ERCAN’a ve saygıdeğer tüm hocalarıma teşekkür ederim.This master's thesis titled “Odes Written to the Bookkeepers in Classical Turkish Poetry” consists of five chapters except “Introduction” and “Conclusion”. In the introduction part of the study, the ode in Classical Turkish poetry, the poet-protector relationship in Classical Turkish poetry in the first chapter, the duties and powers of the bookkeepers under the title of the bookkeeper institution in the Ottoman Empire, and the development of the bookkeeper institution in the historical course were explained. In the second part, the poets who wrote ode to bookkeepers in Classical Turkish poetry were identified and ranked according to centuries, and information was given on how many ode poets presented to which bookkeepers. In the third part of the study, the notaries to whom ode was written according to centuries were listed and information was given about them. In the fourth section, the characteristics of the bookkeepers for whom ode was written are analyzed with examples taken from the poems. In the fifth chapter, the ode to the bookkeeper are analyzed in terms of genre and form. In this section, information is given about the rhyme, redif, meter and genres of the ode. The divans identified as a result of the research are indicated.
