Abstract

Bursa İli, Nilüfer İlçesi, Yaylacık Mahallesi'nde yer alan H21c09d1a pafta, 7237 ada, 3 parseldeki konutun incelenmesindeki amaç; kırsal bölgelerdeki geleneksel konutların belgeleme ve tespitindeki yetersizlikler dikkate alınarak bu özel yapının tarihi, kültürel ve estetik değerleri sebebiyle belgelenmesi ve gelecek nesillere aktarılmasıdır. Tez beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde çalışmanın amacı, kapsamı ve yapı ile ilgili literatür taraması ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise çalışmanın kuramsal temelleri hazırlanmıştır ve Yaylacık Mahallesi hakkında genel bilgiler sunulmuştur. Üçüncü bölümde yapının rölövesi, mimari ve malzeme özellikleri ile tespit edilen bozulmalar incelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde, restitüsyon sorunları ve yapıya ait kaynaklar değerlendirilmiş, yakın çevresindeki benzer mimari özelliklere sahip konutlarla karşılaştırmalı analizler yapılmış ve yapıya ait iki dönem için restitüsyon önerileri sunulmuştur. Bununla birlikte, restorasyon müdahaleleri ve yeni işlevlere yönelik kullanım önerileri tartışılmıştır. Beşinci bölüm ise çalışmanın sonuç kısmını oluşturmaktadır. Yapının korunması ve sürdürülebilirliği için öneriler geliştirilmiştir. Tez çalışmasının yöntemi sırasıyla; yapının mevcut durumunun belgelenmesi, yapıdaki hasarların tespit edilmesi, tarihsel gelişim sürecinin araştırılması yoluyla yapının özgün halinin belirlenmesi, gerekli müdahale kararlarının alınarak yapının onarımı ve koruma projesinin hazırlanmasıdır. Araştırmada nitel ve nicel veri analizlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Yaylacık’ın merkezinde yer alan ve 1923-1930 yılları arasında Rumlar ve Türkler arasında gerçekleşen mübadeleden bu yana bütünlüğünü koruyan yapının, mimari özellikleri ve kültürlerarası köprü olma değeri, yapıyı önemli kılmaktadır. Yapının korunması ve yaşatılması için gösterilen çaba, bölgedeki diğer kaderine terk edilmiş kırsal kültür varlıklarının korunması için de örnek teşkil edecektir.

The purpose of examining the house in H21c09d1a plot, 7237 block, parcel 3, located in Yaylacık Neighborhood, Nilüfer District, Bursa Province is to document and transfer this building to future generations due to its historical, cultural and aesthetic values, taking into account the inadequacies in the documentation and identification of traditional houses in rural areas. The thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter deals with the purpose and scope of the study and the literature review on the structure. In the second chapter, the theoretical foundations of the study are prepared and general information about Yaylacık Neighborhood is presented. In the third chapter, the survey of the building, its architectural and material features and the deterioration detected are analyzed. In the fourth section, the restitution problems and the resources of the building are evaluated, comparative analyzes are made with the houses with similar architectural features in the immediate vicinity and restitution proposals are presented for two periods of the building. In addition, restoration interventions and usage suggestions for new functions are discussed. The fifth chapter is the conclusion of the study. Recommendations have been developed for the conservation and sustainability of the building. The method of the thesis study is; documenting the current condition of the building, determining the damages in the building, determining the original state of the building by investigating the historical development process, repairing the building by taking the necessary intervention decisions and preparing the conservation project. Qualitative and quantitative data analysis were used in the research. Located in the center of Yaylacık and preserving its integrity since the exchange between Greeks and Turks between 1923 and 1930, the building's architectural features and its value as a bridge between cultures make it important. The efforts made for the preservation and survival of the building will set an example for the preservation of other abandoned rural cultural assets in the region.
