Raw milk, raw meat, especially poultry products are chiefly considered as the source of contamination. A number of transmission vehicles and risk factors have been implicated. The most significant risk factors identified was the consumption and/or handling of raw milk. Therefore, it has. been planned to study the Campylobacter contamination in raw milk and white cheese, which are processed and sold in Bursa, Turkey.
