Özet
Bu çalışmada boyunda n. phrenicus'un seyri ve komşulukları incelendi. Sağ ve sol n. phrenicus'lar benzer pozisyondadır. İkisi de m. scalenus anterior üzerinde uzanır. Bu kas sinirleri a. subclavia 'nın ikinci parçasından ayırır. Toraks girişinde kadavraların % 73'ünde n. phrenicus a. thoracica interna'yı önden, dıştan içe doğru çaprazlar.
In this study, the course and relations of the phrenic nerve was examined. The right and the left phrenic nerves are in same position. Both lie on the scalenus anterior. This muscle separates the phrenic nerves from the second part of the subclavian artery. Our findings in 22 cadavers (73 %) showed that the phrenic nerve crosses in front of the internal thoracic artery obliquely from the lateral to medial side at the entrance of the thorax.
