Yeni yerleşim alanlarında altyapı (ulaşım ağı) planlamasına ilişkin araştırma

Abstract

Ülkemizde hızlı nüfus artışı yeni yerleşim alanlarını gerektirirken var olan yerleşim alanlarındaki altyapı ve ulaşım sorunlarımda arttırmaktadır. Altyapı tesis ve donatıları ile ulaşım ağı planlaması yerleşim alanı planlamasının en önemli bölümünü oluşturmaktadır. Yaptığımız bu araştırmada sözü edilen konulara yer verilerek tasarım ve planlamalarına ilişkin ölçütler üzerinde durulmuştur. Birinci bölümde planlama, fiziksel planlama, bölge planlama kavramları açıklanmıştır. Bazı ülkelerdeki kırsal planlama örnekleri verilerek, yerleşim alanı planlaması incelenmiştir. ikinci bölümde ekonomik, sosyal, teknik altyapı tesis ve donatıları açıklanmıştır. Teknik altyapı tesisleri planlaması ve yerleşme düzeni hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. üçüncü bölümde ulaşım ağı planlaması ve ulaşım ağı tipleri incelenmiş, ulaşım ağı planlamasında kullanılan yol formları sunulmuştur. Dördüncü bölümde seçtiğimiz bazı ülkelerde ve Türkiye' deki ulaşım ağı planlamaları değişik yönlerden ele alınarak incelenmiştir. Beşinci bölümde araştırmaya ilişkin sonuçlar değerlendirilmiş ve öneriler üretilmiştir.
