Mastocytoma on the tail of a cow

Abstract

Mastocytoma was diagnosed in a six year old Holstein cow. The mass had been enlarging for six months. The enlarging mass was clinically determined to be metastatic to the both subiliac lymph nodes. Cytological examination of both sites revealed mast cell neoplasia.
