This paper aims to analyze Tehran's energy policy in the context of the neoliberal theory after the "Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action" which was signed between Iran and the West. In this context, the Iran's current, before and after sanctions energy capacity is discussed. The results indicate that with the removal of the sanctions, Iran's oil and natural gas production and export has increased. Also Iran has ready to cooperate with alternative states in the energy field in the case of absolute gains. Iran can take place in various oil and natural gas pipeline projects as Iran-Turkey-Europe and TANAP to remove effects of sanctions which was imposed on Iran for many years.
