Osteoartri̇tte kanıtlar ışıǧında fi̇zi̇k tedavi̇ uygulamaları ve egzersi̇zi̇n önemi̇

Abstract

Osteoartrit sinovyal eklemlerin heterojen bir hastalığıdır. Osteoartrit tedavisinde farmakolojik olmayan tedaviler arasında fizik tedavi uygulamaları ve egzersiz de bulunmaktadır. Bu sunumda fizik tedavi uygulamaları ve egzersizin osteoartrit tedavisindeki yeri kanıtlarla değerlendirilmektedir.Osteoarthritis is a heterogenous disease of the synovial joints. Physical therapy procedures and exercises are a part of the non-pharmacological treatment of osteoarthritis. In this paper significance of physical therapy procedures and therapeutic exercises are reviewed in the light of current evidences.
