dc.descriptionBu çalışma, Uludağ Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsünde Sevinç Asal'in danışmanlığında Cengiz Elmacı tarafından yazılan "Ankara Keçilerinde (Capra hıcus) kan proteinleri polimorfizmi ile bazı tiftik özellikleri arasındaki ilişkiler" adlı doktora tezine dayanılarak hazırlanmıştır.
dc.description.abstractIn this study transferrin polymorphism was investigated in Angora Goats. The seperation of transferrin types were carried out using the horizontal starch-gel electrophoresis. The frequencies of transferrin alleles were determined 0.0801+/-0.019. 0.195+/-0.018 and 0.004+/-0.003 for TfA, TfB and TfC, respectively. Differences between expected number and observed number for transferrin genotypes were nonsignificant.
