Abstract
Yüksek lisans tezimin konusu OBDII protokolleri kullanılarak bir arayüz yazılım tasarımıdır. Labview programıyla aracın haberleşme hattındaki erişilebilen elektronik kontrol ünitesi veya ünitelerinden gelen verileri okuma ve yazma tanı koyma işlemi yapabilen yazılımı tasarımı gerçekleştirildi. Bu kapsamda öncelikle ISO 9141-2, ISO 14230-4, SAE J1850 ve ISO 15765-4 haberleşme protokolleri hakkında bilgi verildi. Sonraki aşamada National Instrument firması tarafından geliştirilen grafiksel bir programlama dili olan Labview programıyla arayüz yazılım tasarımı için kullanıldı. Ön panelde kontrol paleti vasıtasıyla seçilen objeler ile görsel bir simülasyon oluşturuldu. Programın blok diyagram kısmında ise fonksiyon paletinde seçilen nesneler ile akış diyagramı yapıldı. Tezin uygulama kısmında aracın elektronik kontrol ünitesi veya ünitelerini simule eden Özen elektroniğin geliştirdiği Mobydic 4910 cihazı kullanıldı. Mobydic 4910 cihazının haberleşme hattına erişim sağlamak için OBD II uyumlu ELM 327 diyagnostik cihazı ile aracın motor devrine, hız bilgisine, motor soğutma suyu sıcaklığına ve arıza kodlarının bilgisine tasarlanan arayüz programıyla erişildi. Arıza kodları bilgisi bulundu. Tüm arıza kodları resetlendi.
The subject of my master's thesis is design of an interface software using OBDII protocols. With the Labview program, the software that can read and write diagnosis from the electronic control unit or units that can be accessed on the network line of the vehicle was designed. In this context, first of all, information was given about ISO 9141-2, ISO 14230-4, SAE J1850 and ISO 15765-4 communication protocols. In the next step, the interface was used for software design with the Labview program, a graphical programming language developed by the National Instrument company. A visual simulation was created with the objects selected through the control palette on the front panel. In the block diagram part of the program, a flow diagram was made with the objects selected in the function palette. In the application part of the thesis, the Mobydic 4910 device developed by Özen electronic, which simulates the electronic control unit or units of the vehicle, was used. In order to provide access to the network line of the Mobydic 4910 device, OBD II (On- Board Diagnostic) compliant ELM 327 interface diagnostic device was used to access the engine speed, speed information, engine coolant temperature and fault codes with the designed interface program. Fault codes information found. All fault codes have been reset.
