İbn Kesîr tefsirinde nesh olgusu

Abstract

Hz. Peygamber'in vefatından sonra İslam topraklarının genişlemesi ve İslam'a farklı kültür ve milletlerden oluşan insanların girmesi sonucu Kur'an ayetlerine de farklı anlam ve yorumlar getirilmiştir. Kur'an ilimleri arasında en ihtilâflı olan ve üzerine en çok kitap yazılarak günümüzde de bu önemini koruyan ilimlerden biri de hiç şüphesiz nâsih mensûh ilmidir. Müfessirler yazmış oldukları tefsir kitaplarında bu hususta çok çaba sarf etmiş ve kendi dirâyetlerini de ortaya koyarak kendilerine göre birbirine zıt olan hükümleri nesh teorisi ile açıklamaya çalışmışlardır. Biz de bu tezde İbn Kesîr'in kendi dirâyetiyle mensûh saydığı ve mensûh saymadığı ayetler üzerinde durarak onun neshi nasıl ele aldığını açıklamaya çalıştık. Bunları yaparken de onun görüşlerini Taberî, Zemahşerî, Râzî gibi klasik dönem müfessirleriyle kıyaslayarak İbn Kesîr'in görüşlerinin ne derece tutarlı olduğunu araştırdık.After the death of the Prophet, it was brought to the verses of the Qur'an with different meanings and interpretations as a result of the expansion of the Islamic lands and the entry of people of different cultures and nations into Islam. The most controversial of the Quranic sciences is undoubtedly nâsih mensûh, one of the sciences that has been written the most and that preserves this title today. The commentators made great efforts in this issue in their tafsir books and tried to explain the contradictory provisions with the theory of nesh by revealing their own acumen. In this thesis, we tried to explain how he handled the prose by emphasizing the verses that Ibn Kesir considered as a member and not a member in his commentary. While doing these, we investigated the consistency of Ibn Kesir's opinions by comparing his views with the classical period scholars such as Taberî, Zemahşerî and Râzî.
