Özet
Bu çalışmada, Mikrodalga kurutma üzerine genel bilgiler verildikten sonra, Mikrodalga ile kurutmanın özellikleri, avantajları, frekans seçimi, belli başlı uygulama örnekleri, ( ısısal, biyolojik, kimyasal ve dalga propagasyonu etkisinden yararlanılarak yapılan uygulama. ) Mikrodalga kaynağı, kaynağın elektronik devreleri, güç kontrolü, emniye devreleri ile sistemin kontrolü incelenmiş ayrıca selüloz su etkileşmesi ile Mikrodalgalarla kurutulması örneklenmiştir.
In this report, includes explanations of general analiyses of drying with microwaves, advantages of microwave drying, choice of frequence, examples of application ( thermal, biological, chemistrical, and with propagation of wawes ) source of microwave and electonical networks of thit source, control of power, safety circuits and controls of system. At the end, some exaples are explaned about microwave drying by connection between seluloz and water.
