dc.description.abstract	Hipotiroidizm ve kas hipertrofisi olan Kocher-Debre-Semelaigne Sendromlu 5 yaşındaki bir kız çocuğu tanımlandı. Tiroid bezi tozu (Thyranon) tedavisi ile vakadaki hipotiroidi belirtileri ve kas hipertrofisi çabucak kayboldu. Vaka nedeniyle literatür gözden geçirildi.
dc.description.abstract	A five and half year old girl with the Kocher-Debre-Semelaigne syndrome, hypothroidism with generalised muscular hypertrophy is described. The stigmas of hypothyroidism and the muscular hypertrophy disappeared promptly fallowingtherapy with desiccated thyroid. Literature are reviewed.
