Hipotiroidizm ve kas hipertrofisi "Kocher-Debre-Semelaigne sendromu"

Abstract

Hipotiroidizm ve kas hipertrofisi olan Kocher-Debre-Semelaigne Sendromlu 5 yaşındaki bir kız çocuğu tanımlandı. Tiroid bezi tozu (Thyranon) tedavisi ile vakadaki hipotiroidi belirtileri ve kas hipertrofisi çabucak kayboldu. Vaka nedeniyle literatür gözden geçirildi.A five and half year old girl with the Kocher-Debre-Semelaigne syndrome, hypothroidism with generalised muscular hypertrophy is described. The stigmas of hypothyroidism and the muscular hypertrophy disappeared promptly fallowingtherapy with desiccated thyroid. Literature are reviewed.
