dc.description.abstractBu tezde devrelerin büyük işaret cevaplarının bilgisayar yardımıyla bulunması konusuna bir örnek olarak Kaskod Uzun Kuyruklu Devre incelenmiştir. Devreler, büyük işaret girişi için lineer özellik göstermediğinden çözüme ulaşmak, küçük işaretlerde olduğu gibi kolay değildir. Bu yüzden bilgisayar kullanmak kaçınılmaz olmaktadır. Bu çalışmada "Kaskod Uzun Kuyruklu Devre" nin girişine uygulanan bir gerilim için devrenin tüm düğüm gerilimlerini kısa bir sürede veren yeni bir program geliştirilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, by a digital computer, large signal response of a cascode, long tailed amplifier is determined. Under large input signal conditions electronic circuits are no longer linear. For that, computer aided numerical analysis provides an exact and easy solution. In this study, a hew computer program is devoloped that computes the all node voltages of a cascode long tailed amplifier for a given input voltage.
