Bir tekstil fabrikasında ısı enerjisi dağılımının optimizasyonu

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında, bir tekstil fabrikasının ısı enerjisi dağıtım sisteminin mevcut durumu ve optimize edildiği durumdaki tesisat dizaynı ile sıcak atık suyun tasarrufu ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca, optimizasyon ve tekstilde kurutma, terbiye konularında yeterli bilgi verilmiş olup; fabrika içindeki somut çalışmalardan örnekler, hesaplar sunulmuştur. Bunun yanısıra buhar ve ısı transferi yağı sistemlerinde karşılaşılabilecek sorunlara karşı optimum tesisat dizaynı kriterleri ve örnekleri de verilmektedir.In this thesis work, heat distribution through the textile factory, optimized pipe line design and recovered energy from hot wasted water through out the textile factory like a feedback systems are concluded. Moreover, the optimization and subjects of the textile finishing processes which are named shrinking, stretching and dyeing of the fabrics are given like a know-how. Sample works and calculations in the textile factory are presented. Also, the fundamentals of optimum piping designs and samples which are faced to problems in heat transfer oil and steam distribution systems have been offered through the thesis work.
