Ehl-i hadisin iç ihtilafları

Abstract

Ehl-i hadîs, İslâm düşünce tarihinin en önemli ekollerinden biri olup yöntem ve sistemimin merkezine nakli yerleştirerek bu eksenden dışarıya çıkmamaya çalışmıştır. Fakat bu metot birliğine rağmen bünyesinden çeşitli eğilimlerin neşet etmesine engel olunamamıştır. Kaynakların incelenmesi, verilerin toplanması ve sentezlenmesi yöntemi ile çalışılan bu tez, ehl-i hadîs ekolüne nispet edebileceğimiz çeşitli eğilimleri ve yöntemlerini kıyaslamayı hedeflemektedir. Çalışma, ehl-i hadîs ekolünün temel görüşlerini açıkladıktan sonra bu akımın içine hangi eğilimlerin dahil olabileceği tartışmasına cevap aramaktadır. Akabinde ise ehl-i hadîs şemsiyesi altında toplayabileceğimiz bu eğilimlerin, hicri üçüncü yüzyıldaki usûl ve yöntem açısından ihtilaflarını ortaya koymaktadır. Zira her bir eğilimin varlığı diğer eğilimlerden sistem bakımından ayrıştığını göstermektedir. Ehl-i hadîs ekolü içerisindeki tartışmalar her ne kadar fıkıh alanında daha yaygın olsa da bazen itikâdî konularda da görülmektedir. Buna binaen çalışmada fıkhî, itikâdî, siyâsî hatta şahsî ihtilaf ve tenkitler incelenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda ilk önce teorik ihtilaflar ele alınmış daha sonra da bunların pratik yansımaları tetkik edilmiştir. Böylelikle ehl-i hadîsin geçirdiği dönüşüm ve gelişim aşamaları saptanmıştır. Neticesinde de hadislere yaklaşımlarının yanı sıra diğer usûl kurallarındaki ihtilafların da bu eğilimlerin, ehl-i hadîs ekolüne bağlı birer mezhep olarak ayrışmasına etki ettiği tespit edilmiştir.

Ahl al-hadīth is one of the most important schools in the history of Islamic thought, centering its methodology and system on the transmission (naql) of knowledge, striving to adhere strictly to this principle. However, despite this methodological unity, it has not been possible to prevent the emergence of various tendencies within it. This dissertation, employing the method of source analysis, data collection, and synthesis, aims to compare the various tendencies and methods associated with the ahl al-hadīth school. After outlining the fundamental principles of the ahl al-hadīth, the study seeks to answer the question of which tendencies can be included within this movement. Subsequently, the thesis identifies the methodological and doctrinal differences among these tendencies within the ahl al-hadīth framework in the third century of the Islamic calendar (hijri). The existence of each tendency indicates a distinct separation in terms of systematics. While discussions within the ahl al-hadīth school are more prevalent in the field of jurisprudence (fiqh), they also occasionally extend to theological (aqeedah) issues. Accordingly, the study examines legal, theological, political, and even personal disputes and critiques. The research first addresses theoretical disagreements and then investigates their practical implications. In doing so, it traces the transformation and developmental stages of the ahl al-hadīth school. Ultimately, the study concludes that, in addition to their approaches to hadīth, disagreements in other methodological principles have contributed to the formation of distinct sects within the ahl al-hadīth school.
