Bursa merkez ilçesi kasaplık piliç işletmelerinin ekonomik yapı ve sorunları

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Bursa Merkez İlçesi Kasaplık Piliç(Broiler) işletmelerinin ekonomik yapı ve sorunlarının, 12 kasaplık piliç işletmesinden toplanan verilere bağlı olarak tespiti amaçlanmıştır. İşletmeler kapasitelerine göre 10 000 adete kadar ve 10 000 adetten büyük olmak üzere iki gruba ayrılarak incelenmiştir. Buna göre, incelenen işletmelerde tavuk eti maliyeti birinci grupta 2774 TL/Kg, ikinci grupta 2549 TL/Kg, saf hasılaları ise birinci grupta 24 448 448 TL ve ikinci grupta da 115 306 195 TL olarak hesaplanmıştır. Üretim maliyetinde yem masrafları, yaklaşık % 70 değeri ile en yüksek paya sahiptir. Yapılan Cobb-Douglas üretim fonksiyonuna göre yem, civciv ve ısıtma- aydınlatma girdilerinin üretim üzerinde pozitif etkiye sahip oldukları saptanmıştır.

The determination of economic structure and related problems of broiler farms, central district of Bursa were aimed in this study, based on the data collected from 12 broiler farms. Broiler farms have been analysed into two groups according to their capacities; up to 10 000 items and over 10 000. According to this data, poultry production cost has been estimated as; in this first group 2774 TL/Kg, in the second group 2549 Tl/Kg and net revenue in the first group 24 448 448 TL and in the second group 115 306 195 TL. Feed expenses have the highest share almost with %70 value in the production cost. According to the Cobb-Douglas production function, the input of feed, chick, heating and lightening have been found to have a positive effect upon the production.
