Özet
Bu çalışmada Kalitenin tanımı yapıldı. ISO 9000 Kalite Kontrol Sistemi nin genel yapısı hakkında bilgi verildi. Otomotiv parçası ve yük kaldırma zinciri üretimi yapan bir firmada ISO 9000 kalite standartının uygulama projesi ve bununla ilgili örnek prosedür ve formlar sunuldu. Firmada ISO 9000 çalışmaları esnasında karşılaşılan problemler ve bu problemlerin çözüm yolları örneklerle verildi.
In this study, a background information about general structure of the ISO 9000 standart series and the meaning of the ISO 9000 Quality control system was given. The forms,the applying project and the model procedure related with this project of the ISO 9000 Quality Standart in the firm, the automobile spare part and the load lifting chain are being manufactured, were presented. During the ISO 9000 studies in the firm, the problems and solitions were presented with the examples
