Abstract
Bu çalışmada, günümüz sanayinde gittikçe önem kazanan kalite çalışmaları üzerinde durulmaya çalışılmıştır. Kalitenin çok geniş bir konu olduğu gerçeği göz ardı edilmeden, önemli olduğuna inandığımız, "Toplam Kalite Yönetimi ", "Hata Türü ve Etkileri Analizi", "İstatistiksel Proses Kontrol" konularının Bey-Çelik Kalıp ve Oto Yan San. Ticaret A.Ş.'de uygulamaları anlatılmıştır.
In this study, quality applications are tried to be mentioned, which are becoming more important in today's industry. Without neglecting the reality that, the quality concept was an extensive subject; the implementations of 'Total Quality Manegment', 'Failure Mode and Effect Analysis' and [Statistical Proses Control' concepts in 'Bey-Celik Kalıp ve Oto Yan San. Ticaret A. S.' are explained, which we consider significont.
