dc.description.abstractOmenn's syndrome is characterized by generalized erythematous skin rash, lymph node enlargement, hepatosplenomegaly, increased serum Ig E levels and evidence of combined immune deficiency. We report a two-month-old boy with scaly skin who developed Omenn's syndrome and a review of the literature on this disease.
