İstatistiksel kalite kontrolu ve süreç yeterlilik analizi

Abstract

Bu çalışma üç bölümden oluşmaktadır.İlk bölümde kalite kontrolun tanımı ,tarihçesi, yönetimi,istatistiksel yöntemler, ikinci bölümünde sürecin yeterliliği için ölçümler, güven aralığı, hipotez testi, deney tasarımı konuları , üçüncü bölümde oyak renault'dan alınan ölçümlerin süreç yeterliliği ve istatistiksel kontrolde olup olmadığının uygulanması anlatılmıştır.This study consists of three chapter. The first chapter is the definition of quality control, history, management, statistical methods, in the second chapter is process capability and confidence interval, hypothesis test, experiment design subjects. In the third chapter is applied sufficiency of process and statistical control of measurements taken from OYAK Renault.
