Özet
Kan değişimi (exchange transfusion) uygulanan 20 yenidoğanda, bu uygulamadan hemen önce ve 48 saat sonra lökosit fonksiyon testleri yapıldı. Sözü geçen test sonuçları arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmadığından, kan değişimin lökosit fonksiyonlarını yükselmediği sonucuna varıldı.
Leukocyte function tests have been performed just before and 48 hours a{ter an exchange transfusion in 20 newborns. There were no signi{icant differences between the results of above mentioned tests. Therefore it was concluded that exchange transfusion doesn 't improve the leukocyte functions.
