Binek arabalarında taşıt içi gürültü ve ölçümü ll- gürültü spektrumunun incelenmesi

Abstract

Taşıt içi gürültü, otomobillerinde daha uzun zaman geçiren sürücüleri "gürültü konforu" açısından ilgilendirmektedir. Taşıt içi gürültünün incelenmesinde gürültünün frekans dağılımının bilinmesi, gürültünün muhtemel kaynaklan ve yayılım yolları hakkında bilgi verebilir. Bu çalışmanın amacı da yerli bir binek arabasında taşıt içi gürültü spektrumunun incelenmesidir ve ilgili aracı sessizleştirme projesinin ikinci etabını oluşturmaktadır. Ölçümler IS0-5128 standardına uygun olarak yapılmıştır. Sonuçta, taşıt içi gürültünün en belirgin 125 Hz. da olmak üzere 125 Hz. ile 500 Hz. arası frekanslarda yoğunlaştığı ve bu gürültünün sırasıyla motor ve eklerine, yol yüzeyi özelliklerine ve transmisyon sistemine bağlı olabileceği kanısına varılmıştır.Noise inside vehicles interests the drivers who spend more time in their vehicles from the point of acoustical comfort.The knowledge of the frequency distribution in the analysis of the noise inside the vehicle, may contribute to the possible sources and ways of transmission of the noise. The purpose of this study is the evaluation of the noise spectrum inside a Turkish made passenger vehicle and it forms the second step of the project of reducing the noise of the vehicle. The measurements were done according to the specifications of JS0-5128. As a result, it was concluded that the noise inside the vehicle is concentrated between 125 Hz. and 500 Hz. mainly at 125 Hz. and may be caused by the following in the order of the engine and its parts, the road surface properties and the transmission system.
