dc.description.abstract	Bu çalışma Bursa Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Genel Cerrahi Kliniğine alırı/an 49 akut kolesistitli hastada yapılmıştır. Akut kolesistillerin tedavisinde erken cerrahi girişim ve konservatif tedavi tartışılmış, kaynaklar gözden geçirilmiştir. Mortalite ve morbidite oranı akut kolesistitte erken cerrahi girişim ile azaltılabilir.
dc.description.abstract	A retrospective study in 49 patient with acute cholecystitis who were admitted to the department of General Surgery of Bursa University Medical Faculty Hospital. In the treatment of acute cholecystitis, early surgery and conseruative treatment have been discussed and literature have been reviewed. Mortality and morbidity rate can be reduced with the early surgical treatment in the acute cholecystitis.
