Although, it is assumed that everyone has rights of a healthy life, many people, particularly poor people can’t access to health services. The purpose of this work is to show the dimensions of health inequities in Turkey. Especially poor people can’t use health services as much as they need to be a healthy life in Turkey. Important issues are in regional differences. Health inequities not only exist in east region where poverty is common, but also in west region where poverty is deep. Both regions takes less of values of health expenditure shares according to there populations shares. Also, the health indicators are worse because of geographical and cultural access barriers in rural areas and especially in east region.
