| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada ring iplikçiliğinde direkt çift katlı iplik üretimi için kullanılan Siro-spun, Suessen Kompakt ve Pinter Kompakt olmak üzere üç farklı eğirme sisteminden elde edilen çift katlı ipliklerin yapısal özelliklerini incelemek amacıyla, 20,5µ ve 21,5µ olmak üzere iki farklı incelikte yün lifi kullanılarak Nm 72/2 numara %90 Yün / %10 Poliamid olan iplikler üretilmiştir. Siro-Spun çift katlı iplik ile çift katlı kompakt iplikler karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenerek değerlendirilmiş ve bu ipliklerden kumaşlar üretilerek kumaş performans özellikleri de değerlendirilmiştir.Çalışma kapsamında, genel hatları ile kompakt eğirme yöntemi, çift katlı ipliğin üretimi, özellikleri, kullanım alanları incelenmiş ve bu konuda yapılan deneysel çalışmalar hakkında bilgi edinilmiştir. Çalışmanın deneysel kısmında üretilen ipliklerin numara, kopma mukavemeti, kopma uzaması, kopma işi, düzgünsüzlük, ince yer, kalın yer, neps ve tüylülük test sonuçları incelenmiştir. Ardından çalışma kapsamında üretilen ipliklerden örme kumaş elde edilip, bu kumaşların mukavemet, boncuklaşma ve aşınma özellikleri incelenmiştir. Son olarak, iplik ve kumaş özelliklerine ait test sonuçlarının istatistiki olarak değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, for examining the spin-twisted yarn properties which were produced in Siro-Spun, Compact (Suessen) and Compact (Pinter) spinning systems, Nm 72/2 %90 Wool / %10 Polyamid yarns have been produced using wool fiber with two different microner value as 20,5µ and 21,5µ. Conventionel Siro-Spun spin-twisted yarn and spint-twisted compact yarn have been assessed by comparing. Then, knitted fabrics are produced from these yarns and their properties have been assessed.In the study; compact spinning with the general lines, the production of spin-twisted yarns, their properties and the application areas have been examined and the experimental studies found in the literature have been reviewed.In the experimental part of the study, the results of the yarn count, breaking tenacity, breaking strain, capture of work, unevenness, thin places, thick places, neps and hairiness of the produced yarns were presented and examined. Then, knitted fabrics have been produced from these yarns. Also all knitted fabrics were subjected tenacity, pilling and abrasion tests. The test results of yarns and knitted fabrics have been assessed statically.Composite materials features, production methods and areas of usage, which are commanly used and replaced conventional materials nowadays, are mentioned. Composite materials, which are obtained by using laying with hand method from veneer and woven fabric, tensile properties, bending properties and stroke properties are tested and comparisons are made. | en_US |
