| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada döşemelik kumaş üretiminde verimlilik üzerine etki eden faktörler araştırılmıştır. Çalışmanın ilk aşamasında dokuma kumaşlar ve verimlilik hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci aşamada on altı haftalık süre boyunca her gün 3 vardiya için randıman, atkı ve çözgü kopuşu adetleri, diğer duruş adetleri, fiili çalışma ve duruş süreleri, çalışma saatlerine göre randıman ve mekanik arızalar ile ilgili veriler toplanmıştır. Toplanan veriler haftalık veya aylık olarak çizelgelere dönüştürülmüş ve şekiller çizilmiştir. Son aşamada bu çizelge ve şekillerin yorumlanmasıyla dokuma verimliliği üzerine etki eden faktörler tespit edilmiştir. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study the factors which affect the productivity of upholstery fabric weaving have been investigated. At the first stage, woven fabrics and productivity have been recognized. At the second stage, data related with productivity, warp and weft yarn failures, other stop values, working and stoppage periods, productivity change according to working hours and mechanical failures have been collected for 3 shifts everyday during a period of sixteen weeks. The collected data have been converted into weekly or monthly charts and figures have been drawn according to these charts. At the last stage the factors that affect weaving productivity have been found out by making comments on these charts and figures. | en_US |
