| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, gelişen üretim teknolojileri ile birlikte günümüzde kullanımı artmakta olan, sac parçalarda derin çekme prosesi üzerinde durulmuş ve bu proseste en çok karşılaşılan problemlerden biri olan buruşma problemi incelenmiştir. Derin çekme kalıplarında meydana gelebilecek buruşma problemlerinin, parçanın ve kalıbın tasarımı aşamasında önceden belirlenebilmesi ve önleminin alınabilmesi için teorik çözüm araştırılmış ve ayrıca tasarım aşamasında bilgisayar destekli simülasyon yapılmıştır. Teori ve simülasyon sonuçları yapılan deney kalıbı ile karşılaştırmıştır. Yapılan bu karşılaştırma sonucunda derin çekme kalıplarında üretim aşamasında oluşabilecek istenmeyen durumlar önceden tespit edilebileceği ve önlemlerinin alınabileceği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, deep drawing process of the sheet-metal parts, which is an increasingly used process today, was emphasized, and wrinkling, one of the most common problems in this process, was discussed. Theoretical solutions were investigated for predicting and avoiding the wrinkling problems that can occur in deep-drawing tools, before designing the part and the tool, and a computerized simulation was also carried out. Theoretical and simulation results were compared to those of the testing tool. As a result of this comparison, it was concluded that the possible unwanted problems that can occur in production stage could be predicted and avoided beforehand. | en_US |
