dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, elektromağnetik sağanak oluşumunun benzetişimini yapan bir Monte Carlo programının temel yapısı oluşturulmuştur. Ayrıntılı bir hesaplama için gerekli bütün fiziksel olaylar dahil edilmiştir. Yüklü parçacıkların yavaşlama süreci iki kısımda ele alınmıştır; çoklu saçılmalar sonucu ortaya çıkan sürekli enerji kaybı ve kesikli enerji kaybı. Kesikli elektron etkileşmeleri esnek olmayan saçılma, Bremsstrahlung ışıması ve uçuşta pozitron yok olmasıdır. Hesaba katılan foton etkileşmeleri, Compton saçılması çift oluşumu ve foto elektrik olaydır. Program, özel bir örnek üzerinde test edilmiş ve hatasız olarak çalıştığı görülmüştür.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractWe have attempted to develop the main frame of a Monte Carlo code which simulates electromagnetic showers. The physical processes necessary for accurate calculations have been considered. The slowing down process of charged particles consists of two components; continuous energy loss due to multiple scattering and discrete energy loss. The discrete electron reactions included were inelastic scattering, bremsstrahlung production and positron annihilation in flight. The photon interactions which have been taken into account, were Compton scattering, pair production and photoelectric effect. The code has been tested with a particular example, and found that it has worked satisfactorily.en_US
