dc.description.abstractTemel hak ve özgürlüklerin nereden kaynaklandığı sorusu üzerinde düşündüğümüzde "hak ve özgürlük" kavramı bizi insanlık , birey veya insan olmak koşullarına götürür. Dolayısıyla insan hakkının kaynağı da insan doğasıyla ilişkilidir. Temel hak ve özgürlükler insanlar arasındaki eşitsizliği kaldırmak ve insanlar arasında adaleti uygulamak için gereklidir. Bu ise, bu hakların insan doğasına uygunluğu ile olanaklıdır. Çünkü insanın eşitsizliği doğadan veya aşkın bir kaynaktan gelmez. Doğrudan doğruya insanın kendisinden gelir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractWhen we think about the question where the basic freedom and rights stern from, the concept of "right and freedom” takes us to the conditions of being human or individual and to humanity. Thus, the origin of human rights is related to the human nature. Basic rights and freedom are necessary to remove the unequalities among people and to apply the justice. And this is possible only with the suitability of these rights for human nature. Because, the unequality of human being doesn't stern either from the nature or a transcendental reason, out directly from the nature of human being itself.en_US
