| dc.description.abstract | “Hac” kelimesi, sözlükte: “yönelmek, kastetmek, ziyaret etmek ve bir yere gitmek” anlamlarında kullanılır. Terim olarak ise, din tarafından kutsal kabul edilen mekânları, belirli zaman dilimlerinde ziyaret ederek, orada sembolik bazı ibadetleri gerçekleştirmektir. Genel olarak “hac” kavramı, dinlerin kullanımında, kutsal mekânları ziyaret etmenin özel adı olmuştur. Evrensel, kabileci ve millî dinlerin tümünde kutsal mekânlar ve bu mekânları ziyaret söz konusudur. Tarih boyunca var olan bu kutsal mekânları, belirli zamanlarda ziyaret etme arzusu, genellikle tanrıya yakın olma, onun rızasına erişme ve böylece manevi tatmine ulaşma ile ilgili bir durum olarak tezahür eder. İnsanların Tanrı’ya bağlanabilme çabası serüvenine bakıldığında ise, O’nu soyut bir varlık olarak kabul ettikleri halde, semboller ile akıllarının somut dünyasına indirgemek ve böylece O’na yakın olma çabasını hep gütmüşlerdir. İslâm dinindeki yerine baktığımızda ise, hac ibadetinin, temel bir emir olduğunu ve bu konu ile ilgili Kurân-ı Kerim’de: “ Yolculuğuna gücü yetenlerin haccetmesi, Allah’ın insanlar üzerinde bir hakkıdır. ”(Âl-i İmrân, 3/97) âyetiyle farz kılındığını görmekteyiz. Hadislerde ise, hac ibadeti, İslâm’ın beş temel esaslarından biri sayılması yönüyle apayrı bir önem kazanmaktadır. Nitekim Hz. Muhammed (s.a.v) de şöyle buyurmuşlardır: “ İslâm beş esas üzerine bina edilmiştir. | dc.description.abstract | The word “Pilgrimage (hajj), “ in the dictionary, It is used to refer to, to mean, to visit and to go somewhere. As the term; it isto visit places that are considered sacred by religion in certain periods of time and to perform some symbolic worship there. In general, the concept of “pilgrimage, refers to the use of religions; It was a special name for visiting the sacred places. In all universal, tribal and national religions, there are sacred places and visiting these places. The sacred space that has existed throughout history and the desire to visit these sacred spaces during the holy times manifests itself as a condition of being close to God, attaining his consent and thus attaining spiritual satisfaction. When having looked atthe adventure of people trying to connect to God, they have always sought to reduce Him to the concrete world of their minds through symbols, even though they accept Him as an abstract being. When we look at its place in the Islamic religion, the worship of pilgrimage is a basic commandment and the Qur'an related to this issue (Ali-İmran, 3/97) verse assuming that we see. In the hadiths, pilgrimage gains a particular importance because it is considered to be one of the five basic principles of Islam.Indeed, Hz. Muhammad (pbuh) said: “Islam is based on five principles.
