dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada seçili iplik parametrelerinden metal tel çapı ve kaplama ipliği lif tipinin metal tel içerikli kompozit ipliklerin mekanik özelliklerine etkisinin incelenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Bu amaçla yedi farklı lif içerikli kaplama ipliği ve iki farklı kalınlığa sahip paslanmaz çelik tel kullanılarak toplam ondört adet metal tel özlü çapraz bükümlü iplik numuneleri oyuk iğli iplik büküm makinesinde üretilmiştir. Farklı lif içerikli kaplama iplikleri olarak polipropilen, pamuk, polyester/pamuk core-spun, kontinü filament polyester, kontinü filament poliamit 6.6, polyester/polyester core-spun ve kesik lifli poliester iplikler seçilirken farklı çelik tel kalınlığı olarak 50 µm ve 100 µm seçilmiştir. Bu seçimlerde piyasada en çok kullanılan kaplı kompozit iplik parametreleri göz önünde bulundurulmuştur. Elde edilen kompozit ipliklerin aşınma dayanımları, sürtünme özellikleri, rijitlik özellikleri ve mukavemet özelliklerinin tespiti ilgili standartlara göre gerçekleştirilmiş ve elde edilen sonuçlar istatistiki olarak analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçların varyans analizi ile istatistiki olarak değerlendirilmesi neticesinde seçili parametrelerin ipliklerin ölçülen mekanik özelliklerine etkileri % 95 güven aralığında anlamlı bulunmuş ve faktör seviyeleri arasındaki farklar ise SNK (Student Newman Keuls) analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractIn this study it is aimed at investigating the influence of selected parameters like metal wire diameter and cover yarn fiber type on the mechanical properties of composite yarns containing metal wire. For this purpose, a total of fourteen metal wire cored cross-covered twisted yarn specimens were produced in the hollow spindle twisting machine using cover yarns with seven different fiber types and stainless steel wires with two different thicknesses. Cover yarns with different fiber types were selected as polypropylene, cotton, polyester/cotton core-spun, continuous filament polyester, continuous filament polyamide 6.6, polyester / polyester core-spun, and polyester cut fiber yarns while different stainless steel (SS) wire different diameters were selected as 50 µm and 100 µm. In these selections, covered composite yarn parameters which are most commonly used in the market are considered. The abrasion resistance, friction properties, stiffness properties and tensile properties of the composite yarns were determined according to the relevant standards and the results obtained were analyzed statistically. As a result of evaluating the obtained results statistically by variance analysis, the effects of the selected parameters on the measured mechanical properties of the yarns were found to be significant at 95% confidence interval and the differences between factor levels were evaluated by SNK (Student Newman Keuls) analysis.en_US
