dc.description.abstractHat dengeleme problemi imalat sektörleri için çözülmesi en zor ve önemli problemlerden birisidir. Ancak, konfeksiyon imalatı diğer imalat sektörlerine göre farklı özelliklere sahiptir. Konfeksiyon imalatında özellikle çok sayıda elemanın çalışmakta olduğu dikim süreci için hat dengeleme önemli bir problemdir. Dikim aşaması çok sayıda operasyonu içermektedir, operasyonların büyük bir kısmı otomasyona bağlı olmayıp emek yoğun operasyonlardır. Ayrıca operasyonların birim süreleri küçüktür ve her bir operasyon küçük de olsa farklı özelliklere, farklı aparatlara sahip makinelerde yapılmaktadır. Tüm bu faktörler bir arada düşünüldüğünde hattın dengelenmesi komplike bir hale gelmektedir. Bu araştırmada bir konfeksiyon işletmesinde gömlek üretimi yapılan dikim hattı, farklı metotlar ele alınarak dengelenmiştir. Dengelenme sonucunda elde edilen sonuçlar karşılaştırılarak değerlendirilmiştir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractLine balancing problem is one of the most difficult and important problem to be solved for the manufacturing sectors. However, clothing manufacturing has different characteristics compared to other manufacturing industries. In this manufacturing sector line balancing is important problem particularly the sewing operations which have many workers in itself. Sewing department includes a large number of operations and most of them are labor intensive operations. In addition, unit of time is really small for the operations, each of them has different characteristics and are processed in machines with different apparatus. Considering all these factors together, the subject of line balancing becomes quite complicated. In this study a sewing line in a clothing company producing shirt is balanced with different methods. After balancing process results are compared with each other.en_US
