Abstract
Burun sırtı defektleri iki şekilde tamir edilebilir. Bunlardan biri serbest kompozit greft kullanmak, ikincisi ise pediküllü lambolar döndürmektir. Biz burada bu tip defektleri kapatmak için yeni bir metod önermekteyiz. Bu metodda, şekil 1 de görüldüğü gibi, septum naziden alınmış serbest bir greft kullanılmıştır. Bu pratik metod ile kolayca muko-kondrial bir kompozit greft elde etmek ve bunu ilk tabaka olarak kullanmak mümkündür.
A new method to repair nasal dorsum defekts. The defekts over the dorsum of the nose can be repaired by two methods. One of these methods is to use free composite graft, the second one is pedicle plaps. We presented a new method for reconstruction of this kind of defects. In this method we used a composite graft which was taken from septum nasi as outlined figure 1. With this practical method one can very easily gain a muco, - condrial composite graft as the first layer.
