dc.description.abstractGünümüzde bilgisayar yazılımlarının kullanılması ile birlikte, üretilen ürünün geçmişe ait üretim verileri kolaylıkla saklanabilmektedir. Bu bilgilerin analizi yapılarak üretim hatalarının sebepleri ve sonuçları ortaya konulabilmekte ve tekrarlanmaması için önlemler alınabilmektedir. Bu hataların azaltılması, ürünün doğru ve zamanında üretimine yardımcı olmaktadır. Ayrıca üretimin planlaması daha verimli yapılabilmekte ve ileriye yönelik üretim faaliyetlerini öngörebilme kabiliyeti artmaktadır.Bu tez çalışmasında, küçük ve orta ölçekli dokuma işletmelerinde kullanılabilecek, maliyeti düşük ve kullanımı kolay bir sistemin geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu sayede küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmelerin dokuma makinelerindeki iş takibinin daha verimli yapılacağı ve ileriye yönelik dokuma planlamalarında kolaylık sağlayacağı düşünülmüştür.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractAt present with using computer softwares, the history data of production can be archived easily. By analysing of these data, causes and results of the production discrepancies are determined and according to these determination, preventive measures can be taken. The decreasing of production discrepancies will help the correct product and at the right time production. Also the planning of production will be performed more effectively and the ability of planning future business activities will be increase. In this thesis study, it is aimed to develop a low cost system that will easily used by small and medium sized companies. In this way it is considered that more effective work pursuing on weaving looms and more easier planning of future business activities will be done by these small and medium sized companies.en_US
