| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, içme sularına katılan betainin etlik piliç (broyler) besi performansı ve gövde parça oranları üzerine etkisi incelenmiştir. Denemede toplam 306 adet günlük yaşta Ross 308 karışık cinsiyette etlik civciv Kontrol grubu, Doz 1 grubu (D1) ve Doz 2 grubu (D2) olarak rasgele üç gruba ayrılmıştır. Ayrıca, bu grupların her biri 17 civciv içeren altı tekrar grubuna ayrılmıştır. Deneme 47 gün sürmüştür. Deneme süresince, Kontrol, D1 ve D2 gruplarına içme suyu ile sırasıyla 0 ppm, 500 ppm ve 1000 ppm dozlarında betain verilmiştir. İzokalorik ve izonitrojenik yemler ile içme suyu deneme süresince ad libitum olarak sunulmuştur. Deneme sonunda, göğüs ve but etlerinin kuru madde, ham protein ve ham yağ oranlarına ait değerler arasındaki gruplar arası farklar önemsiz bulunmuştur (P>0.05). Bütün but oranı, D2’de Kontrol grubuna göre düşüktür (P<0.01). Deneme gruplarının (D1, D2) but eti oranları ile Kontrol grubunun oranı arasında önemli fark bulunmadığı halde, D1 grubunun oranı D2’ ye göre yüksektir (P<0.01). Yemden yararlanma oranı (P<0.01), karkas randımanı (P<0.001), göğüs eti oranı (P<0.001) yanında her birim karkas, göğüs eti ve toplam et için tüketilen yem miktarları (P<0.001), D1 ve D2’ de Kontrol grubuna göre iyileşmiştir. Canlı ağırlık kazancı (P<0.05) ile her birim bütün but (P<0.05) ve but eti (P<0.01) için tüketilen yem miktarları sadece D1 grubunda Kontrol grubuna göre iyileşmiştir. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, the effects of betain added to drinking water on broiler fattening performance and carcass parts yields were studied. In the experiment, a total of 306 day old Ross 308 unsexed broiler chicks were randomly assigned in three goups as Control group (C), Dose 1 group (D1) and Dose 2 group (D2). Groups were divided into six replicate groups each containing 17 chicks. The experiment lasted 47 days. During the experiment, Control, Dose 1, and Dose 2 groups were given betain via drinking water at 0 ppm, 500 ppm and 1000 ppm doses, respectively. Isocaloric and isonitrogenous feeds and drinking water were provided ad libitum. At the end of the trial, dry matter, crude protein and crude fat percentages of breast and leg meats rendered no significant differences (P>0.05). Leg quarter yield in D2 was signicantly lower than C (P<0.01). Leg meat yield in D1 was significantly higher than D2 (P<0.01), whereas D1 and D2 were not different from C. Feed conversion ratio (P<0.01), carcass dressing percentage (P<0.001), breast meat yield (P<0.001), feed to carcass, breast and total meat ratio (P<0.001) were significantly improved in D1 and D2 when compared to C. Live weight gain (P<0.05) and feed to leg quarter (P<0.05) and leg meat (P<0.01) ratios were significantly improved only in D1 when compared to C. | en_US |
