| dc.description.abstract | Artan rekabet ortamı ve gelişen teknoloji karşısında dokuma kumaş üreticileri kaliteli ve ucuz kumaş dokumak zorundadırlar. Bunun için kullanılan hammadde ve çalışılan tezgah parametreleri dikkatle seçilmelidir. Çalışmada, dokuma kumaş hammaddesi olarak atkı ve çözgü iplikleri, tezgah parametreleri olarak ise tezgah hızı ve eni alınmıştır. Farklı cins ve kalitedeki atkı ve çözgü ipliklerinin, dokuma makinasının farklı hız ve enlerinde çalıştırılmasıyla farklı seçenekler ortaya çıkacaktır. Burada, kalite unsuru da gözönüne alınarak en düşük maliyeti veren optimumu üretim koşullarının seçilmesini sağlayan bir optimizasyon modeli kurulmuş ve bilgisayar programı hazırlanmıştır. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | In the face of advancing technology and in the environment of increasing competition, producers have to weave quality and cheaper fabrics. For this reason, raw materials to be used in production parameters of weaving machine should be chosen carefully. In this study, weft and warp yarns have been taken as raw materials, and the speed and width of weaving machine as parameters. Running the weaving machine in different speeds and widths with weft and warp yarns of different types will result in different sets of production possibilities. An optimisation model, which takes the role of quality into consideration and production conditions for least cost, has been contructed. Furthermore, a computer programme for solving the model has been prepared and used. | en_US |
