| dc.description.abstract | Yüksek lisans tez çalışması olarak hazırlanan bu çalışmada Bursa ilinin yaş meyve üretimi ile ihracatının genel durumu, ihracatçı firmaların yapısı, ihracatta yaşadıkları sorunlar ve yaş meyve ihracatında standardizasyon konusunun önemi incelenmiştir. Türkiye önemli bir yaş meyve üreticisi ve ihracatçısı bir ülke konumundadır. Bursa ilinin de ülke genelinde hem üretim hem de ihracat bakımından önemli bir yeri bulunmaktadır. Ancak, yaş meyve ihracatımız üretimimiz ile kıyaslandığında oldukça düşük oranlarda kalmaktadır. Türkiye'nin yaş meyve ihracatının yarıdan fazlası Avrupa Birliği (AB) ülkelerine yapılmaktadır. Ancak, AB ülkeleri ihracatta yüksek standartlar uygulamakta olup, aynı zamanda kalite güvence belgeleri talep etmektedir. Zaman zaman bu talepler tarife dışı teknik engeller boyutuna gelmektedir. Çalışmada 2016 yılında yaş meyve ihracat sezonunda faaliyette bulunan ve anket yapmayı kabul eden 21 firma ile yüz yüze görüşülmüştür. İthalatçı firmalar yaş meyve ihracatında en fazla GlobalGAP belgesi talep etmektedirler. Ancak yapılan araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre GlobalGAP sertifikalı bazı ürünlerde de katkı – kalıntı sorunu yaşandığı ve ürünlerin iade/imha edildiğini göstermektedir. Bursa ilinde faaliyet gösteren ihracatçı firmaların en önemli sorunlarından birinin yurt dışı pazarlara girişin ve kalıcı olarak yerleşmenin zorluğu olduğu belirlenmiştir. İhracatçılar bu sorun ile başa çıkabilmek için genellikle hedef pazarlarında kendi şirketlerini kurmakta, bir anlamda karşılıklı olarak kendi şirketleri arasında ticaret gerçekleştirmektedir. Ancak, ihraç olanaklarımızı genişletmek ve ihraç pazarlarında kalıcı olabilmek için en önemli konuların başında standart ürünlerin üretimi ve güvenin sağlanması gelmektedir. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study which is prepared as a master thesis study, the importance of the standardization of fresh fruit production and export in Bursa, the structure of exporting firms, the problems they have experienced in exports and the export of fresh fruit are examined. Turkey is an important fresh fruit producer and exporter country. Bursa province has an important place both in terms of production and export in the whole country. However, compared to our production of fresh fruit, our exports remain at a very low rate. More than half of Turkey's fresh fruit exports are made to the European Union (EU) countries. However, EU countries are applying high standards in exports and demanding quality assurance documents at the same time. From time to time these demands come to the extent of technical barriers other than tariffs. The study was conducted by face-to-face interview with 21 companies who accepted to survey that operating in the fresh fruit export season in 2016. Importers are demanding the most GlobalGAP certification for fresh fruit exports. However, according to the results of the research, some GlobalGAP certified products also show that the additive - residue problem and the products are returned / destroyed. It has been determined that one of the most important problems of exporting firms operating in Bursa is the difficulty of entering into foreign markets and permanently settling. In order to cope with this problem, exporters usually establish their own companies in their target markets and trade in their own companies in a sense. However, in order to expand our export opportunities and to be permanent in export markets, the most important issue is the production and trust of standard products. | en_US |
