| dc.description.abstract | Thomas Hobbes insanların doğa durumunda iken savaş halinde olacağından zorunlu olarak aralarında yaptıkları bir anlaşma ile sivil toplum durumuna geçtiklerini söyler. Bu temelde insan retorik bir söylemden başka bir şey olmayan doğa durumunda ‘özgür'ken, zorunlu olarak kurdukları sivil toplumda yasaların belirlemediği alanlarda "Özgür'dür. Hobbes için ‘özgürlük' zorunlulukla tutarsız değildir. Bu özgürlük' yok demekle aynı şeydir. | dc.description.abstract | According to Thomas Hobbes, human beings necessarily constitute the civil state by contract since they will be in war in the state of nature. Human beings have freedom in the civil state if three are no civil laws, while there is eternal freedom for them in the state of nature, which is nothing but a rhetorical discourse. For Hobbes, freedom is compatible with necessity, which means the absence of freedom. Thus, system of law and ethics are the consequences of this necessity and there is no need to determine a foundation, which will be constructed upon the acceptance of freedom. | en_US |
